Refund

You can submit a Refund Request if:: •Goods are not received 30 days after the supplier confirmed shipment.; After payment has been made, buyers can submit a Refund Request any time before they confirm delivery of goods.; Refund Requests may or may not be approved by KUUKIE. Please negotiate with the KUUKIE to reach an agreeable term for refund. Any refund made will complete the transaction.; Return time period includes:; • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return; • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request; The refund will be returned by the payment method you used. If you pay the order by Visa/MasterCard, we will refund to your Visa/MasterCard. If you do not receive the return and the fund does not appear in your account within 2 weeks from the day we consented to your return, please contact us for help.
