- You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by kuukie.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

- •Non-product-quality problem, such as: not satisfied with color, appearance, shape and other issues. The preview pictures is only for reference. Please abide by the products you received. The international screen based colour system of RGB and the print colour system of CMYK, so it may result in chromatic aberration. They are not in the range of quality issues and replacement.
- •If you lose any part of the goods you want to return, please find all the attachments to return.

- •Product of normal attrition
