- Welcome to KUUKIE.COM. If you visit or shop at KUUKIE.COM, you accept these conditions. Please note that Kuukie.com has the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without notice. 1. KUUKIE.COM will do its best to ensure the price you paid for the cards is the same as it on the site. But the price lists and statements do not constitute an offer. KUUKIE.COM has the right to cancel the order if there are some obvious errors on the site.
Of course, KUUKIE.COM reserves the right to limit the quantities of the products you ordered. You acknowledge that you have the right and capability to buy these cards. You should be responsible for the authenticity of the information. - 2. Price
- KUUKIE changes the price without any notice. The price does not include expressage. The expressage depends on the delivery method.
- 3. Mail Service
- KUUKIE.COM reverses the right to send the order details, promotion and other services to the registered customers. If you register or shopping on KUUKIE.COM, that means that you are agree to accept this service.
- 4.Delivery
- KUUKIE.COM will deliver the products to the shipping address you filled. The delivery time on KUUKIE.COM is the reference time. So you couldn’t calculate based on it. Reference time does not mean the arrival time.
- 5.Refund Policy
- The refund will be returned by the payment method you used.
- 1） If you pay for the cards by Visa/MasterCard, we will refund to your Visa/MasterCard.
- 2） If you pay by bank transfer or postal remittance, we will refund to your account.
- 6.Modification
- The terms of Use Agreement apply to products sales and service on KUUKIE.COM. We will modify the terms of Use Agreement from time to time. And once the terms of Use Agreement are modified, KUUKIE.COM will announce the modification.
- 7. Enforceability
- If the terms of Use Agreement couldn’t be executed, the enforceability of the terms of Use Agreement will not be affected.
- 8. Governing law and jurisdiction
- The Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Chinese law. And all the disputes about the Contract will resort to the courts in China.

- When you visit KUUKIE.COM or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

- Kuukie.com owns the copyright with respect to all content on the website except the information of the users and designers (including but not limited to text, images, logos, audio clips, trademarks, software server information and etc.). - All items purchased from KUUKIE are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Applicable Law
- By visiting KUUKIE.COM, you agree that the laws of China, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and KUUKIE.
- Copyright complaints
- If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide KUUKIE.COM's copyright agent the written information specified below. Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying KUUKIE that your copyrighted material has been infringed.
